We have also had the opportunity to work with Football clubs such as Caulfield Grammarians, Olinda, Anglesea, Ajax, Old Haileybury, Glenorchy, Upwey Tecoma and Knox.Â

Fitness testing occurs twice a pre season to measure game-readiness.
After testing, Jack will thoroughly analyse the data and create an appropriate result-based program for the athlete. The program will target the player’s weaknesses and optimise their strengths to facilitate the development of a well-rounded and powerful athlete. Previous injury and personal objectives are taken into consideration, as Jack will consult with the coaching staff and any relevant medical team to create the best possible and safest program for the athlete.

To ensure every player on the list improves we test the group and break the players up into three groups according to their running ability.Â
