I have worked as a trainer and coach for the last 2 years and am currently completing my exercise sport science degree. Work in this field is the culmination of a lifetime passion for strength and conditioning and all things performance-related.
After my own football career was cut short from injury I particularly enjoy injury prevention and helping athletes perform their best. I emphasize a holistic approach to health and performance and love seeing people’s improvement when they realise nutrition, sleep, stress, and recovery are just as important as the work they do on the track or in the gym!
