STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Like most S&C coaches, I’m a failed athlete, having tried my hand at everything from motocross racing to golf. Once it became clear that I was never going to make it as an athlete, my focus turned to be involved with sport at the highest level. Strength and Conditioning was the obvious answer.

BEN ON THE PODCAST

After completing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science and a master’s degree in High-Performance Sport, I have spent the last 6 years working in elite football programs, including the VFL, VFLW, AFL, and AFLW.  I will be responsible for all facets of the strength & conditioning programs, from rehabilitation to conditioning, to strength and power, to sports science and load management. I currently work for the St Kilda Football Club as the strength & conditioning manager for the AFLW team. I am passionate about developing robust and powerful athletes and enabling them to become the best players they can be.
