Lean Machine: Expect bodyweight movements, banded work, conditioning and weight training, as we shape your body to look and function like an athlete.
Athletic Development: Establish the foundations to succeed at all levels of competition, while reducing the risk of preventable soft-tissue injuries. This program is for athletes of all ages and is designed specifically for AFL football, based on Jack Mclean's extensive experience at professional football clubs.
Gainers: A high-volume program designed to pile on lean muscle mass. This program is not for the faint hearted. It combines compound movements with accessory work and short running and boxing sessions at the end of each lower body workout. If you are ready to put on some size, it's time to execute this program.
Speed & Power: Whether you're a junior, local, state league, AFL listed player, or simply a fitness enthusiast seeking to improve performance, this program will deliver the results you want! This program will develop your speed, jump and fend off performance using tools and protocols u taken directly from programs that Jack Mclean uses with his professional athletes.

How does it work?
First, we create design a program based on your unique biomechanical and positional needs, athletic testing results, medical history and goals. This program is closely monitored to provide you with all the support you need to unlock your potential. I will personalise your weekly strength and conditioning programs to work with your schedule and advise you when its best to do your upper or lower body weights sessions in conjunction with your running/conditioning sessions. This is not just about having the best programs, but is also also about when you do them and the life you live to ensures you achieve the best possible result.
