GET TO KNOW TOM

 

In my experience within the health and fitness profession, I have constantly sought to enhance my knowledge and skill set. I have continuously strived to evolve both professionally, and as a person, within the ever-changing landscape of the industry. 

I have a strong passion for helping people, as demonstrated by my degree in Education, and years working alongside disadvantaged communities, to change the culture and increase health and fitness awareness. I always strive to implement such ethos within all aspects of my life, to share my burning passion for living a life grounded by sound health and fitness. This endeavor, alongside a strong work ethic, has led me to assume a number of leadership roles throughout both my workplaces and educational institutions. Which I believe would continue to enhance my professional capabilities as I transition into the next chapter of my career. 

 

I’m an Online Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer. I’m also the creator of the Mind Muscle Academy, through which I have helped over 100 men transform their physiques and get into the best shape of their lives.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE GAME OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING?

My Belief is that the same things it takes to be successful in fitness are the same things it takes to be successful in life.

That is the message I want to share with the world. 

Fitness isn’t just about physical things. 

Any physical transformation requires you to push past your ‘PERCEIVED’ limitations and face the fear of the unknown head-on. This requires a lot of courage, the right knowledge, and most importantly consistent effort towards the desired goal. With all three you are unstoppable and you would be surprised with what you can achieve with the right support.
