I have always been an active person with a passion for health and fitness. I was a dancer (ballet, jazz ballet & hip hop) from the age of 4yo until I was 17, when I stopped due to a hip injury I sustained while playing netball. I’m an incredibly passionate Strength and Conditioning coach who will always aim to achieve the best performance outcomes.
I am a strong advocate for treating others how I’d like to be treated, and this absolutely applies to how I treat athletes too. I understand how impactful I can be as a coach both physically and emotionally to individuals, therefore, I am always aiming to develop and grow as a professional so that I can be the best possible coach and clinician. I love every aspect of coaching, from problem-solving programs to celebrating team and individual wins. Nothing beats empowering others for a living!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT COACHING FOOTBALLERS?
I love the high vibes and sense of community. I love how everyone gets around each other, no matter what. I really enjoy the connections and relationships that you build with players and colleagues.
WHICH MOVIE & OR BOOK HAS IMPACTED YOU?
Book – Think like a monk by Jay Shetty. I often go back and read parts of it again. So many lessons and tools to help navigate your purpose and healing… Do yourself a favor and read this book or listen to Jay Shetty’s podcast “On purpose”.
Movie – I don’t have a stand-out movie alone. I’m a sucker for anything based on a true story or relatable to my career e.g., the movie Stronger.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO SPEND YOUR DAY OFF?
I am such a regimented person, that even my days off are structured 😊
Wake up, gym or go for a run, clean the house (yep, I’m a little OCD with my cleaning), go out for brunch, take Gus (my housemate’s puppy) to the dog park, enjoy some sun (if mother nature turns it on) while reading or listening to a podcast.

FAVOURITE DESTINATION FOR A HOLIDAY AND WHY?
Hawaii – I’m a summer baby and love the heat! Super chilled environment with plenty to do. Absolutely stunning sunrise and sunset! I love the beautiful beaches and sea life. Surfing, supping, snorkeling, and hiking are all must-do!
