We are the premier training program for footy players, founded by Jack McLean in 2020. 


It’s a place where you’ll learn cutting-edge physical preparation strategies to optimize resilience and peak performance. 


We’ve worked at AFL Clubs like Hawthorn, Melbourne, St.kilda, GWS, Adelaide, Westcoast, and Geelong, and with up-and-coming footballers like Nick Daicos, Jacob Van Rooyen, Paul Curtis, Harry Sheezel and AFLW players such as Amy Gaylor, Kiera whiley, Darcy Moloney and Kristie-Lee Weston-Turner, 


To date, we’ve helped athletes prepare for their best season yet by adding cm to their vertical, shaving seconds off their 20m and 2km, and getting them game-ready with nutrition, sleep, and mindset training.
